Thank you very much for participating in this survey. With this survey, we want to learn more about how Artificial Intelligence impacts software engineering practice, and how software engineering might change given future Artificial Intelligence enabled tools.
To this end, your experiences as a software engineer are invaluable.
Please only take part if you are working in teams of software engineers, i.e. if your role can be described as software engineer, requirements engineer, tester, quality assurance (QA), project manager, scrum master, product owner, DevOps, integration engineer, network engineer working with code, CTO or technical architect.
All questions in this survey are optional, so you can simply skip parts that you do not know or do not want to comment.
This survey is modular. If you choose you can skip module that you do not have interest in.
This survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. If you decide to answer open-discussion questions you might need more time.
1.1. What data we collect and why
No personal information will be saved. If you provide an email address at the end to receive research results, the email will be separated from your answers.
You will be asked a number of demographic questions with focus to better understand your technical expertise for this survey.
All other questions directly relate to the above stated goal of the survey, to “learn more about how Artificial Intelligence impacts software engineering practice, and how software engineering might change given future Artificial Intelligence enabled tools..”
